Wash the meat, celery, and shiitake mushrooms

Stir the minced meat, celery, and shiitake mushrooms. Remember to put some garlic and ginger in it, as well as the cooking wine.
Tips:
The meat is best to be chopped and eaten vigorously. When wrapping the wontons, coat half a circle of the wonton wrapper with a little water so that the wrapping will not let the meat fall out. Put the wrapped wontons in the refrigerator and freeze them for cooking. Won't get confused
