Summer is here, and I always have to toss some refreshing side dishes, and make use of the available ingredients at home, so I made this three fresh yuba. "

Three Fresh Yuba

1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the yuba in water in advance

2. Shrimp shell, yuba, celery cut into sections, bacon shredded, preserved egg diced

3. Add a small amount of shrimp, scallion and ginger, and marinate for a while

4. Put onion and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant

5. Add celery and bacon shreds and fry first

6. Add yuba and stir fry

7. Add some cooking wine, add a small bowl of water, add preserved eggs, add some salt, add a lid and cook for two minutes
