Three-in-one Noodle Whole Grain Bean Bag

First make bean paste: wash the red beans and soak in water for more than 2 hours.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook until the beans are cooked.

Add sugar while hot and stir well.

If there is not much water, you can make the filling directly. If there is more water, put it in a non-stick pan and fry it dry.

Let the fillings cool and seal for later use.

To make three-sided noodles: mix the three types of flour with yeast evenly, then add a little bit of warm water to form a dough with moderate hardness, and ferment it to double its size in a warm place.

Divide the dough into several portions.

Take a portion and knead it round and flatten it into the filling.

Close and seal the bag into the shape as shown in the figure, and place it on the steaming curtain or baking tray for two times, about 15 minutes.

The steaming oven selects the pure steaming function, and the middle layer is roasted at 100 degrees for about 16 minutes. In the steamer, the high heat is turned to medium heat for about 14 minutes.

After steaming, wait about 3 minutes before taking it out.

Break one, delicious and low-fat!
Tips:
1. The amount of water used for cooking beans is roughly the same as the amount of water used for cooking rice.
2. Novices can add some white flour to make it softer and bigger.
