Three Shreds of Japanese Style Sauce★ Shredded Cucumber 7

Add a little salt to beat the eggs, (first coat the pan with a thin layer of oil with kitchen paper towels), pour the egg juice into the hot pan, and fry into egg skins

Fry the ham fragrant on both sides, let it cool and shred the egg skin for later use

Shred the cucumber, and stack with shredded ham and egg on a plate

Mix the seasonings evenly, and serve before serving.

★"Left" French mustard seed sauce; "Right" can be replaced with Yellow Mustard mustard sauce.
Tips:
★ Or it is more convenient to use bottled Japanese style or oil and vinegar salad dressing.
★ Choose sunflower oil or canola oil for light oils; for heavy oils, you can change to sesame oil, red oil or olive oil.
