According to modern nutritional analysis, in addition to protein, crude fiber, and sugars, onions are also rich in vitamins and calcium, phosphorus, iron, selenium, and a variety of amino acids, caffeic acid, citric acid, quercetin, Sulfide etc. In Japan, onions have become a healthy vegetable for the elderly to eat. It is said that the elderly eat 1 onion every day, which can prevent and cure diseases and prolong life. At noon the day before yesterday, I had a meal of scrambled eggs with shredded onions in the dining hall. I thought it tasted very good, so I had a whim and added some shredded pork to stir-fry a three-shredded onion dish for my baby. It was light, nutritious and healthy.

Three Shreds of Onion

1. Shred the onion

2. Fry the eggs and shred them for later use

3. Cut lean meat into shreds, season with appropriate amount of oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce and soy flour, and then fry for later

4. Add oil to the pan, add onions, and stir fry quickly

5. Add 2 spoons of salt and 2 spoons of sugar

6. Sprinkle in an appropriate amount of water, cook in a lidded pan for about 1 minute, and then quickly stir-fry.

7. Add the fried shredded pork

8. Add egg shreds and stir-fry quickly evenly. Add a little tail oil before starting the pan.

Tips:

If you make a slight improvement, chop the onion into finer pieces, chop the meat into minced meat, fry the minced meat and onion, then add the whole egg, stir fry quickly, maybe it's more suitable for babies to eat!
