Three Steps to Get Crispy Peanuts
1.
Do not dry the wok with water and cold oil and put the peanuts together in the pan. The oil can just cover the peanuts and heat the oil.
2.
After the oil is turned on, you can hear the crackling sound of the peanuts in about 40 seconds. Turn off the heat and use a colander to control the peanuts’ oil.
3.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt while it is hot and shake well (because the peanuts fried this time are used for cold dishes, so the picture does not include salt)
Tips:
The peanuts that are fried in cold oil in the pot look good and crispy. Be sure to pay attention to the oil temperature in the pot. If the amount is small, the whole process will only take about three minutes. The frying process must not go away.
