Three Vegetarian Salad
1.
Boil water in a pot and add enoki mushrooms to blanch for two minutes
2.
Rinse with cold water to squeeze out excess water
3.
Boil water in a pot and boil the daylily for five minutes, then remove and squeeze the excess water
4.
Add all the dishes to one pot
5.
Add all the above condiments and stir evenly before serving
Tips:
The cooked dishes must be squeezed out of excess water
