Thyme Grilled Pork Ribs
1.
Prepare half a lemon, garlic and thyme. If fresh thyme is not available, dry thyme can be used instead. However, the aroma of dried thyme is not as strong as the aroma of fresh thyme.
2.
Clean 1000 grams of pork ribs and chop them into large pieces. I chop 3 pieces of a whole rib. After the ribs are washed, use a kitchen paper towel to dry the water on the ribs. Dry the water on the ribs to better absorb the flavor of the seasoning!
3.
Add chopped garlic, thyme leaves, crushed black pepper and salt to the ribs.
4.
After adding about 20 grams of red wine.
5.
Put half of the lemon juice into the ribs. Then grab and mix evenly, so that each piece of ribs is evenly covered with the seasoning.
6.
Put the ribs in a fresh-keeping bag and chill in the refrigerator overnight. I usually marinate it the night before and bake it the next day, so the ribs will be particularly tasty after a long marinade. If you are in a hurry, let it marinate for at least 2 hours!
7.
Put the marinated ribs in a small baking dish, and then cover the baking dish with tin foil, and wrap the periphery of the baking dish with tin foil as much as possible. Put it in the oven at 220 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. Then open the tin foil and bake at 190 degrees for about 15-18 minutes. At first, baking with tin foil was used to make the pork ribs cooked. When the tin foil is opened at the back, the ribs can be roasted dry, and the taste is better. The power of each oven is different, and the time and temperature are for reference only.
