Tiancheng Blindly Spare Ribs

1. Prepare the ribs, soy sauce, and southern milk.

2. Simmer the ribs in hot water and remove them.

3. Chop the green onions and ginger.

4. Put the ribs, ginger, and green onions into the pan and fry for a while until the moisture is dry.

5. Add sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, southern milk, white wine and stir well.

6. Add boiling water over the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, and slow to medium heat.

7. Boil until about a bowl of juice comes out in the pot.
