Tianjin Boiled Clams

After washing the clams, keep them in cold water for several hours and let them spit sand. Change the water in due course

Add water to a boiling pot and bring to a boil, and blanch the clams in the pot. Take it out immediately after opening and place it in clean water to clean it again

Take out the clam meat and put it in clean water to wash again

Chopped ginger and garlic in a bowl

Add salt to the bowl

Add soy sauce

Add white vinegar and stir evenly into a sauce

Tips:
Clams are kept for several hours, and it will be cleaner if they are blanched and washed.
For fear of cold, warm water can be used when washing clam meat.
