Tianma Chicken Soup

Rinse gastrodia and angelica with boiling water so that it is easy to slice.
Cut old chicken legs into pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot to boil, scald the chicken to remove the blood, and rinse with cold water.

Wash the wolfberry and put it into the stewing pot, and put the sliced gastrodia elata and angelica into the stewing pot.

Then put the chicken in the stew pot.

Then pour in the water that has been soaked in gastrodia elata and angelica.

Simmer for 4 hours.
