Cut the lactone tofu into 2 cm square pieces, and fry them until they have tiger skin markings on both sides. Set aside for later use

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add ginger and garlic slices to fragrant, add black fungus, carrots and rape cores and stir fry

Add sugar, salt, fresh soup, drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce, add tofu and cook until soft and delicious, then add Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce

Sprinkle with Lee Kum Kee Pure Fragrant Sesame Oil before thickening out of the pot and serve
