Prepare all materials.

Tips:
1. I use ribs with cartilage inside. You can also choose other types.
2. Soak raw ribs in water to remove blood water, usually half an hour is enough, don't forget to change the water in the middle.
2. I added cloves to the soup because I think the taste of cloves goes well with this soup. If not, add star anise.
