Tin Foil Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the roots of Flammulina velutipes, tear it into small flowers, soak in light salt water for about 10 minutes, then wash and drain.

Tips:
1. Soaking enoki mushrooms with light salt water is to get rid of possible small bugs and sand.
2. If you like garlic, you can add more, and garlic enoki mushroom is also very delicious; if you like spicy, you can also add spicy ingredients such as chopped peppers, in short, adjust according to your own taste.
3. If you don't like or don't have any ready-made seasonings, you can refer to this recipe: 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce + 1 tablespoon of sugar + 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and mix well. Or mix according to your own taste.
