Oven cooking is a way I like very much, because it saves trouble and no fumes. In the past, most of the oven dishes were meat dishes, mainly meat, but this time I tried to use enoki mushrooms, which was also very delicious and more trouble-free than meat dishes.
Tin foil plays a very important role in this dish, not only to avoid soiling the baking tray, but also to transfer heat and keep warm. Flammulina velutipes is locked in a confined space composed of tin foil, and the juice is authentic and original.
I was lazy for the seasoning this time and used the ready-made crayfish seasoning. This seasoning tastes good, but it's too salty. If you don't want to use crayfish seasoning, you can use the following recipe: 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce + 1 tablespoon of sugar + 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and mix well.

3. If you don't like or don't have any ready-made seasonings, you can refer to this recipe: 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce + 1 tablespoon of sugar + 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and mix well. Or mix according to your own taste.
4. The tin foil can avoid staining the baking pan, and can also lock the raw juice of the ingredients. The temperature and time of the oven should be adjusted according to the characteristics of your own oven.
