How delicious this little biscuit is, I, a person who doesn't like sweets, couldn't help but ate several pieces. It was crispy at first, full of aroma of coffee and wine. You'd better bear it and put this small cookie on the next day. Because it absorbs the moisture in the filling, the cookie becomes very soft and tastes better. It is a bit of a soft cookie, but it is definitely softer than soft. The cookies are delicious.
Due to the addition of coffee wine, although only a little bit is added, it feels that the aroma of the wine with strong coffee flavor is very flavorful. A little coffee powder is added to the filling, and the taste is improved to a level. It really tastes like tiramisu.

Tips:

Xiaoyingzi's words:
1. Generally speaking, there is nothing to pay special attention to. It is similar to the method of making cookies. Just pay attention that the butter should be softened and then tap it with your finger to form a pit instead of melting. The added egg liquid should be divided into different times. Join at once.
2. After mixing the baking powder, salt and flour, sift in, so that it can be stirred well.
3. If you can omit the coffee wine in the recipe for children, add some coffee powder to enhance the flavor
4. Note that the dough after forming a dough should not be too flat, it must have a certain thickness, and the diameter of 15g dough biscuits should be 4cm in size.
5. The sugar in the formula has been reduced too much. I personally feel that the sweetness is moderate. It is not recommended to reduce the sugar. Sweet biscuits are not delicious without sweetness.
6. Once again, I remind everyone that this cookie tastes better after the moisture regained the next day, and it is a bit soft cookie. Moreover, the filling will not squeeze out when it is solidified.
