Toad spit with honey is a traditional Beijing snack. Semi-perm noodles are used for making skin, and red bean paste is used for filling. A small amount of bean paste is spit out from the natural cracks when roasted. Shaped like a toad spitting honey. (This time I used lotus seed paste fillings)"
