Tofu and Clam Soup

1. Wash the raw materials.

2. Soak the clams in water for two hours and remove them. Cut the coriander into sections.

3. Cut the tofu into squares.

4. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the clams and ham and ginger slices to a boil.

5. When the soup in the pot is boiling, add tofu and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

6. Turn off the heat and add coriander.

7. Add some salt to taste.
