Tofu and Mushroom Soup for Weight Loss

Cut the tofu into pieces and boil for 1 minute, remove and drain.

Bring the mushroom tofu to a boil in a pot under cold water, simmer for 5 minutes to get an aroma, add salt, pepper, and chicken powder to taste.
