Tofu and Pork Soup with Enoki Mushroom and Fungus

Soak the fungus and cut into small pieces; cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in light salt water; peel off the pork belly and cut into small pieces.

After the water is boiled, pour the black fungus and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Then pour in black bean sprouts (black beans are more fragrant) and boil.

Pour in the pork belly and cook for 3 minutes (or if you want the soup to be fragrant, you can stir fry first).

Pour in the tofu cubes and bring to a boil.

Then pour enoki mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.

Just sprinkle an appropriate amount of table salt.

Tips:
1. Pork belly can be replaced with lean meat (you need to pour a little oil to change lean meat), and the pork belly can cook some fat, so that the soup will not be astringent. You can also stir-fry the meat first and then start to cook the soup, which will make it a little hotter.
2. After each ingredient is poured, wait for the soup to boil before adding the second ingredient.
