Tofu and Vegetable Biscuits

Ingredients: tofu, carrots, fungus, eggs, black sesame seeds.

Shred the carrots, shred the fungus, and mince the green onions.

Put the tofu in a basin and mince.

Add the rubbed carrot shreds, wood ear shreds, and an egg.

Add salt, chopped green onions, and a little oyster sauce and stir well.

Take a small piece of tofu that has been stirred and form a ball with a diameter of 3 cm.
