I have to eat melons in autumn, but I don’t have loofahs in my house every day. Today it is cooked with tofu and dried vegetables, which is super appetizing.

Ingredients

Tofu and Vegetable Loofah Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

2. Add a little oil to the pot, cut the dried vegetables into thin slices and sauté the pot until fragrant.

3. Then peel the loofah and stir-fry with a knife until it tastes out, add salt and cooking wine to taste.

4. Then add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer until the ingredients taste.

5. Then cut the tofu into the pot, and simmer until it tastes delicious.

6. Finally, sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds to garnish.

Tips:

Those who like soup can add a little more water to cook together.
