Tofu Baby Dumplings

Ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, chicken, carrots, broccoli, green onion, salt, soy sauce, vegetable oil, dumpling wrappers

Chicken diced, vegetables blanched

The blanched mushrooms, broccoli, and carrots are pureed with a food processor (you can add a little water to make the meat softer)

Add the mashed vegetables and chicken, salt, soy sauce, and vegetable oil, mix well

Wrap it in a small dumpling mold

Boil the dumplings in another pot and put them under the water. The cooked dumplings will bulge up and float on the water.
