Tofu Balls

Main and auxiliary ingredients: tofu, songhua egg ginger

First crush the tofu.

Peel and dice the Songhua eggs.

Mince the ginger.

Put the songhua egg and minced ginger into the tofu.

Season with a little salt and stir well.

Tips:
1. It can be fried once, or it can be repeated once.
2. If you want to re-fry, you can remove the meatballs when they are finished for the first time, increase the oil temperature, and then fry them.
3. Because the songhua eggs have a taste, add less salt when seasoning.
