Tofu Bubble

Ingredients

Tofu cut into 2 cm pieces, hot pepper, onion cut into pieces, garlic slices, green onion and ginger minced

Add oil to the pot and heat up, add the tofu cubes, deep fry until the outer skin is golden, remove and set aside

Mix bowl of juice (salt, soy sauce, starch, monosodium glutamate, water, mix thoroughly)

Add oil to the pan and heat it up, add the onion, ginger, garlic and sauté fragrant, add the hot pepper, and stir-fry the onion
6.
Add tofu and stir well, add in a bowl of juice and heat until it is viscous and serve on a plate
Tips:
Deep-fried tofu has a higher oil temperature
