Tofu Burger

1. Boil the potatoes in boiling water.

2. Tofu crushed.

3. Crush the tofu and potatoes together and mix well.

4. Dice onion, mince garlic, slice tomatoes, chop basil and parsley.

5. Dice the shrimp and break up the crab meat.

6. Egg beaten liquid.

7. Pour olive oil into the pot, add onion and garlic to a low heat when the oil is hot and saute until fragrant.

8. Stir in the shrimps and stir-fry until they are fresh and well served.

9. Mix with tofu mashed potatoes, add egg liquid, bread crumbs, and crab meat.

10. Add the crushed spices to taste.

11. Press the stirred filling into a pie.

12. Pour oil in a nonstick pan and fry on low heat until golden brown.

13. Pair with bread and decorate.
