Tofu Cake Ring

Sift the tofu. (If it's soft tofu, you don't need it)

Add two drops of lemon juice, water, and corn oil to the tofu and stir well.

Add two or three drops of lemon juice to the egg whites.

Put one-third of the whipped egg whites into the tofu batter, use a spatula to cut from bottom to top and mix evenly.

Pour the mixed batter back into the egg whites and continue to cut and mix evenly.

If you like a little bit of color, you can mix it with a little bit of batter and food coloring, put it on the side of the piping bag, and then add the batter.

Put it in the preheated oven, heat up to 165 degrees, lower the heat to 170 degrees, and bake the middle layer for 12 minutes.
