Tofu Chicken Pie

To prepare the ingredients, I use a lot, and if the population is small, it can be halved. You can add anything you want if you don’t need mixed vegetables.

Remove chicken muscles and chop into puree

Add cooking wine, pepper, light soy sauce, egg liquid, and stir in one direction.

Add tofu and continue to mix well

Add cornstarch, stir the flour, add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir, stir for about 5 minutes.

Pour oil in the pan, turn on low heat and fry slowly, beat a spoonful of tofu and chicken paste, flatten with a spoon, and fry until golden on both sides

It's ready to be served, it's delicious with Thai sweet chili sauce
