Tofu Crucian Carp Soup

Put the green onion ginger juice and cooking wine in a basin to marinate the washed carp for ten minutes

Set the crucian carp on high heat, turn to low heat and fry for 3 minutes

Fry the reverse side for another three minutes

Put the fish in the pot and cook with boiling water over high heat, then add the cut soft tofu, turn to low heat and cook for 15 minutes, add salt and turn off the heat!
Tips:
When the fish must be fried, the fire is high first and then low fire, for the purpose of setting the shape and the rain skin will not break!
