Tofu Crucian Carp Soup

The crucian carp is slaughtered and washed, and the water is soaked up with kitchen paper, and then a few slashes are made on the fish; the jade tofu is removed from the package, rinsed with water and cut into pieces; sliced ginger, sliced green onion and set aside
