Fish meat is rich in protein, low in fat, and unsaturated fatty acids. It is cooked with tofu, a diet food, to make soup, which is more nutritious.
Guangzhou people like to use the tail of grass carp to boil the soup. The meat is smooth and delicious in the more active parts of the tail. Or because grass carp fish heads are much more expensive than fish tails in Guangzhou, many people in Guangzhou do not eat the scum when they drink soup, so choose fish tail boiled soup from an economic point of view.
Tofu and fish go very well, the soup is delicious, and the soup is milky white. Sprinkle with coriander can also clear the heat.

Tofu Fish Soup

1. Preparation materials: tofu cut into small pieces, fish pieces to be scaled

2. Put the cooking oil in the wok, put the fish tail, and fry the fish on both sides with low heat

3. Boiling water in a soup pot

4. Put the fried fish pieces into boiling water

5. Add ginger slices, cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat

6. Add tofu cubes and cook for 10 minutes

7. Finally, season with salt and sprinkle with coriander.
