Tofu Fish Soup

Prepare a piece of tofu, wash the chives and set aside.

The fish is cleaned and sliced with ginger.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil and add the sliced ginger.

Put the fish in and fry slowly.
5.
Fry until slightly yellow on both sides.

Put in a bowl of water and boil.
7.
Add tofu and simmer for 15 minutes.
8.
Add chives and mint, add appropriate amount of salt, and season the chicken essence.
