Tofu Fried Okra

Wash and slice okra

Cut the tofu into small pieces about the size of okra

Put the pot in salt water and boil for 1 minute, remove and drain

Put another oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir fragrantly, add okra and stir fry over high heat
5.
Pour the blanched tofu, stir fry for 1 minute on high heat, add salt, cooking wine, and a little sugar to taste
6.
When it comes out of the pan, it's green and white like jade, and it's smooth and tender and refreshing.
