Ingredients

Tofu in Pot

1. A piece of northern tofu~South tofu is too soft to cut and cannot be fried directly~

2. Slice first and then cut into pieces, about one centimeter thick, too thick will not taste good, too thin will break easily

3. Spread cooking oil evenly in the pot~ At this time, the tofu can be marinated first, or you can add salt later

4. Put the tofu into the pan and fry until medium heat. You can turn it over every minute or so~

5. Sprinkle some salt before turning the tofu for the first time, turn it carefully, it won’t look good if it is broken~

6. Pour the fried tofu into the pan and fry it again to help the tofu become more crispy

7. Pour in the proportioned sauce from the pot, collect the sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion to get out of the pot~

Tips:

This is an all-purpose pot sauce, it tastes super delicious~ one serving can make about 20 small pieces of tofu~~ enough for two people~
