Tofu Intestines

Cut the fat intestine into small sections,

Boil the large intestine first to remove the odor and fat.

Remove the drain.

Steam the lactone tofu for 5 minutes, cut into pieces, and place in a basin after controlling the water.

Cut green onion into sections, cut garlic into large pieces (half a head of garlic) 1 tablespoon pepper powder, (salt and pepper can also be used)

Tips:
The marinated large intestine I bought, raw large intestine can't be bought, and I can't make it, so I just buy the ready-made large intestine. If you use raw large intestine, you need to clean the large intestine first and then use it.
