Tofu Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

3 pieces of tofu.

Chop the meat into minced pieces, add salt and mix well.

Minced ginger and shallots.

Half a tomato, peeled and diced.

Add salt, oyster sauce, egg, minced ginger onion, fern powder, pepper, and chicken essence into the tofu puree.
