Tofu Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

1. 3 pieces of tofu.

2. Chop the meat into minced pieces, add salt and mix well.

3. Minced ginger and shallots.

4. Half a tomato, peeled and diced.

5. The tofu is pressed into a puree.

6. Add salt, oyster sauce, egg, minced ginger onion, fern powder, pepper, and chicken essence into the tofu puree.

7. Mix well.

8. Make balls and steam them in a pot, about 15 minutes.

9. Steamed meatballs.

10. Fry into the frying pan.

11. Pick up in golden yellow and set aside for later use.

12. Stir-fry the tomato diced in the pan.

13. Add tomato juice, oyster sauce and water starch.

14. Pour on the fried tofu balls and finish. The salty fragrance is sour and very appetizing.
