Tofu Mixed with Sprouts

Wash the bean sprouts and tofu cubes and drain them, cut the green onion into sections, and smash the garlic for use.

Pour oil in a hot pan, cut the tofu into small pieces and fry until golden brown (sprinkle some salt on the tofu during frying so that the tofu is more flavorful and delicious). After the tofu is fried, set the tofu aside. Add the white onion and garlic cloves until fragrant.

Pour the bean sprouts with drained water and stir fry together.

Finally, add the chopped green onions, season them, and serve.
