Tofu Rice Cake

Tips:
1. The corn pizza in the material is the finished product selected from the supermarket. Use a mold to cut out the shape of the flower, and fry it in oil for a while, which will increase the taste level;
2. The fine bamboo shoots used in the bamboo shoot slices should be cooked with water in advance before frying;
3. There are ready-made rice cake strips on the market, but the cut is not thin enough, and the taste is not soft enough to eat. In order to achieve your own satisfactory taste, you can choose to process the sliced rice cake yourself and cut into thin strips;
4. For tofu, you must choose boxed tofu with internal fat. Old tofu can't reach the ideal taste.
