Tofu Shrimp Ball Soup
1.
The ratio of minced fish, minced chicken, and shrimp (diced) is 1:1:1. The meatballs with minced fish are very elastic. When the shrimp is cut into cubes instead of minced, it will be crispy.
2.
Add an egg white, add appropriate amount of pepper and oil, and stir well. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
3.
Scoop a spoonful of minced meat on your palm, shape it into a circle with the help of a spoon, and place one by one in the boiling water. If the action is slow, you can make balls one by one in advance, and then put down the water one by one.
4.
Keep it on medium heat until all the balls are poured into the water, and put in the tofu that has been cut into small squares. Bring to a boil on high heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes on medium heat until all the balls are cooked.
5.
When eating, add salt and chopped coriander. The soup is MSG-free but sweet and not greasy. The meatballs and tofu can be eaten with soy sauce.
