Tofu Skin Kelp Shreds

Soak the kelp and wash it off.

Shred the tofu skin.
4.
Shred the red pepper and chop the garlic.
5.
Boil water and blanch the kelp and tofu skin.
6.
Put the shredded kelp and tofu skin in a bowl.
7.
Add shredded red pepper and garlic paste.
8.
Add vinegar and cold soy sauce.
9.
Add appropriate amount of salt, a little sugar and mix well.
10.
Just install the disc.
Tips:
1. Kelp should not be soaked too long to avoid loss of iodine.
2. Kelp can be washed with Taomi water to remove the fishy smell of the sea.
3. The taste can be adjusted as you like.
