Tofu Stew

Rinse the shiitake mushrooms gently, soak them in water (2 cups) for 20 to 30 minutes, then remove

Mix the seasoning and stir to make the seasoning sauce

Dry the shiitake mushrooms and cut into flat slices, cut the tofu into thick slices, cut the onion into shreds, cut the green onions into 5cm length, and slice the green chilies

Put the scallions and onions in the pot, and put them in the order of pork belly→tofu→mushrooms.

Pour the seasoning sauce and cook over medium heat

After the stew is delicious, add green chilies and simmer for 3 minutes.
