Don’t throw away the soup from steamed clams. Use it to stew tofu or make tomato soup. It tastes very delicious.

Tofu Stewed in Clam Soup

1. Chopped green onion and parsley and set aside

2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant

3. Add tofu and stir fry

4. Add a little soy sauce and stir fry

5. Pour the clam soup

6. Simmer over medium and low heat

7. Sprinkle with chopped coriander when the stew is thick

Tips:

1. Just add a little bit when adding soy sauce, Duola is too dark in color and not good-looking;
2. Don't add salt, the saltiness of the clam soup is enough.
