Tofu Stewed Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces, soak the fungus to remove the roots. Defrost frozen tofu. Sliced green onion and ginger.

Put oiled pepper in the pot, saute the aniseed, and put green onion and ginger in the pot.

Put the potatoes and fry them until they are broken, then add the frozen tofu.

Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, white sweet and sour sauce.

Add the mixed sauce.

Put the fungus in, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat.
