Tofu Stewed with Shepherd's Purse and Shrimp

Prepare the ingredients, wash the shepherd’s purse, chop it up and set aside. I bought the live shrimp and peeled it myself.

After washing the shrimps, place them in a bowl with controlled water, add white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and an egg, mix well

Tofu cut into small pieces

Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot to heat up, add the ginger shreds, and stir fry the shepherd’s purse quickly

Add proper amount of water to boil after breaking

Add the prepared shrimps and stir slightly in one direction

When the shrimp shrinks, add 1 tofu block and boil again, pour in the gorgon sauce to thicken the prawns, and season with the remaining salt
8.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion at the end
