Tips:
1. The oily tofu is a deep-fried product, and the tissue inside is like a sponge. Pour boiling water into the microwave oven first. The cooked dishes will not have fresh juice flowing out. The remaining water is equivalent to cleaning the greasy surface of the oily tofu. So it’s more delicious to pour it out and add the juice;
2. The fresh sweetness of oyster sauce and the fresh taste of soy sauce are enough, no need to add chicken essence for seasoning;
3. Finally, pour the oyster sauce into the microwave oven, so that the soup can be absorbed into the oily tofu, and the taste will be more delicious.
