Tofu with Abalone Sauce

Cut tofu into 1 cm thick slices

Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, spread the tofu flat and fry on medium heat for about 8 minutes

Turn the other side and fry until browned. (You can adjust the sauce while frying the tofu)

Put it in a bowl, pour the abalone juice, light soy sauce, chicken noodles, cornstarch

Add a little water, add a few drops of sesame oil and stir evenly

Pour the prepared sauce on the tofu and keep it on medium heat

Cover the pot and simmer for about 2 minutes to let the tofu inhale the flavor of the sauce

Wash the green onions and cut into sections

Sprinkle on tofu
Tips:
Fry tofu carefully. Fry slowly over medium and low heat. The color will look good and the tofu will remain intact. Frying tofu is most convenient with a frying pan. The area is wide and it is not easy to turn over.
