Tofu with Abalone Sauce

1. Cut tofu into 1 cm thick slices

2. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, spread the tofu flat and fry on medium heat for about 8 minutes

3. Turn the other side and fry until browned. (You can adjust the sauce while frying the tofu)

4. Put it in a bowl, pour the abalone juice, light soy sauce, chicken noodles, cornstarch

5. Add a little water, add a few drops of sesame oil and stir evenly

6. Pour the prepared sauce on the tofu and keep it on medium heat

7. Cover the pot and simmer for about 2 minutes to let the tofu inhale the flavor of the sauce

8. Wash the green onions and cut into sections

Tips:

Fry tofu carefully. Fry slowly over medium and low heat. The color will look good and the tofu will remain intact. Frying tofu is most convenient with a frying pan. The area is wide and it is not easy to turn over.
