Tofu with Bell Peppers (vegetarian)

Prepare ingredients: internal fat tofu + green red yellow pepper diced + onion diced + carrot diced + mushroom diced + green onion and garlic + soybean paste.
Buckle the internal fat tofu into the plate, slice it with a knife and tilt it on the left and right sides, and set aside.
Cut green, red and yellow bell peppers and mushrooms into small cubes; onion and carrots into small cubes; mince green onion and garlic.

Prepare the sauce: hot oil in a pot (peanut oil), add chopped green onion and garlic + diced mushrooms + diced green, red and yellow pepper + soy sauce and sauté (you can add shrimp skin or minced meat); seasoning: a little salt + a little sugar + 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce + 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, stir fry evenly, spread on the tofu.
Boil water in a pot and steam for 5 minutes; pour 1 scoop of steamed fish soy sauce + 1 scoop of vinegar + half a scoop of sesame oil around the tofu.
