Tofu with Broken Rice

Prepare the materials used.

Finely chop the sea rice and cut the tender loofah with the skin into small cubes.

Dice the tofu, blanch it in boiling water and remove it for later use.

Put a small amount of lard in the pot.

Add green onion and ginger until fragrant.
6.
Pour the water soaked in sea rice.
7.
Pour in tofu.
8.
Add crushed sea rice and loofah.
9.
Add pepper, salt, and cooking wine.

Boil the tofu to taste. When the soup is slightly dry, add water and starch to collect the juice.
11.
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil to taste.
Tips:
The sea rice used must be fresh, if it has a salty smell, then the soaked water should not be used to make soup.
