Tofu with Cabbage Heart and Cucumber

Tofu shreds are changed into small pieces,

Shred the cucumber and green onion separately,

Only select the heart part of the cabbage, shred it,

Put shredded tofu, shredded cucumber, shredded green onion and shredded cabbage into a stainless steel basin, and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
