Tofu with Carp and Vermicelli

Prepare crucian carp and tofu.

Prepare two sticks of vermicelli, Chinese cabbage, and fresh millet peppers.

Put vermicelli in the bowl and soak in warm water to soften.

Chop fresh millet peppers.

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut the clappers and leaves separately.

Put a small amount of flour in a large bowl.

Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to the flour bowl, add water and mix thoroughly to form a roux.
