Tofu with Carrots

Cut the tofu into pieces.

Wash the carrots and cut into pieces with a hob. .
3.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add tofu cubes and fry.
4.
After frying on one side, turn it over and fry again.
5.
Put the fried tofu cubes on a plate and set aside.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pan, add the carrot cubes and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.
8.
Put the spare tofu block on top, don't need to turn it.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes.
10.
Cook until the carrots are cooked thoroughly and add salt to enhance the flavor. Stir evenly.
11.
Bake for another 2 minutes, and then turn off the heat.
12.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. After adding the tofu, cook the carrots first without turning, and then let the tofu taste.
2. Put more water to prevent dry pot.
